LG G3 is a pretty awesome with some minor flaws which can be fixed easily. One of them is that it automatically shuts down and then after some time restarts itself. Although company is saying that it is not a firmware issue which can be solved by an update. Here are some tips you can follow that might help you solve this problem.

Solution 1

Sometimes apps are responsible for this problem. When some apps makes the processor to work at its maximum efficiency for a long time this problem arises. When this happens phone shuts down itself for few moments so that the phone does not get overheated. To fix this problem download software like CPU Monitor to monitor the usage by the apps and find the app with the problem and uninstall that app immediately.

Solution 2

If you have root your phone and installed custom ROMs then this may also cause your phone to shut down. These ROMs have options of over clocking and under clocking. Some people under clock their phones to increase the the battery performance of their phone. This sometimes breaks the phone and the phone suddenly shuts down itself to prevent more damage. So make sure that you don’t under clock it more than the recommended value. This will surely fix the problem.

Solution 3

Also take out the battery from the phone and clean it properly as dirty pins may sometimes also cause this problem.

Be gentle during the cleaning of pins as they might break if you apply too much force.
