Facebook says can't connect right now SOLVED
If you are having Facebook app on your Android phone and are frustrated after the recent updates because you can't refresh your news feed, open any page or profile and the app keeps on saying Can't connect right now Retry.
Well then here is a solution for you.(It worked for me.)
Go to the options tab beside the notifications. tab and click on Most Recent.
On the page opened try to refresh by pulling the page down.
As you see Can't connect right now Retry.
Just keep on clicking on Retry for a few seconds.
Just keep on clicking on Retry for a few seconds.
And when you leave clicking the options pane will again open by itself.
Ta-Da now try to open any page or refresh the news feed.
Note: You can also try to do the same process in the news feed. Except then Facebook app will get closed and you will need to restart it.
OR
Open the Facebook app in your android phone and then just toggle the data connection (just switch the data off for a few moments and then switch it back on) keeping the Facebook app minimized and do not exit it.
And then open the minimized Facebook app.
